How does Erudit protect employee privacy?

There is zero human interaction with employee data to ensure  anonymity and data privacy.

  • Data is anonymous. Our AI anonymizes communications data, producing objective and unbiased analyses.
  • Data is aggregated. We do not show individual data, only aggregated data from groups with at least 5 members.
  • Erudit prioritizes privacy. We go beyond legal compliance and design our technology to prioritize confidentiality and data privacy.

Is Erudit compliant with data privacy and protection regulations?

Is it possible to see individual employee data?

Erudit is designed not to show individual employee data to ensure data privacy and protect employees. The platform only shows aggregated data based on groups of 5 or more members.

How can I reset my password?

  1. On the Sign In page, click Forgot my password.
  2. In the email field, add your registered email address and click Reset password to receive the a link to reset your password via email.

Can I get a free trial?

How long does the onboarding process take?

The onboarding process consists of connecting your communications tools to Erudit and assigning tokens to employees. We provide an onboarding document with a step-by-step process, plus we schedule a video call to walk you through it. If all the required information and users are prepared, it should only take 30 to 45 minutes!

How long does it take for the metrics to appear on my dashboard? Does Erudit provide historical data?

After Account Configuration, meaning all platforms are connected and tokens are assigned, we start processing data and, after a few hours, your dashboard will start displaying metrics. Erudit generates historical data of the last 30 to 90 days, so you should also have analysis of data from 30 to 90 days prior to connecting your communications tools!

Which languages do Erudit's neural networks understand?

For the moment, our Neural Networks are trained in English and Spanish. However, our AI is capable of understanding 93 languages as input with the help of Tatoeba Corpus. What communication tools can be connected? How does the integration process work?

The communication tools that can be connected are Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 (Teams & Outlook). We provide you with step-by-step instructions to make the integration process as straightforward as possible and walk you through the process in an account activation meeting.

How accurate are Erudit's metrics?

The accuracy of the generated data is around 96%. We have been training our Neural Networks for several years and were able to reach a high percentage of accuracy. Learn more about the AI process on our website.

Is there a minimum number of employees per department?

There is no minimum number of employees required per department. However, to ensure privacy, departments with less than 5 members will not have full visibility of the metrics. Departments with less than 5 members may be grouped with others in a 'Privacy Bundle' when showing metrics.

How often is the system updated? When is new data made available?

Our system is updated every 24h, showing the data generated from the previous day. We schedule the refresh of metrics early morning (in your timezone) so you have updated workforce intelligence to start your day.
