How it works

From data to metric

Metrics are generated day to day from the text language that each person writes/speaks in their corporate communications tool. The Neural Network processes every message that the employee writes/speaks throughout the day in channels or individually. For example, if I have a Slack group with all the members of the company, the messages I write in that group will be also analyzed, as well as the messages that I write individually to other members. Once the Neural Network has processed every message, it performs a probability distribution in which its output data will be a percentage corresponding to the labeling previously defined by the research psychologists.

The Neural Network only analyzes the text language of the messages sent, but not the person who has written the messages. It is important to keep in mind that the technology is sensitive to the changes in time of people and that all the language produced by a human being is due to an internal or external stimulus.
